Description
Located on a small hill and visible from afar, this large Franciscan monastery was built in the 14C. Destroyed several times, it took its current form in the 19C. The austere white monumental building is dominated by the two towers of its church, which today houses a small museum of art and ancient artefacts. Its library contains a valuable collection of incunabula.
