Useful information

Description

The museum, which opened in early 2006 with the motto "We are what we are thanks to what we were", highlights the historical depth and aesthetic complexity of the San civilisation, known as Bushmen. Created in association with French researchers, it offers a superb illustration of one of the country's ancient founding cultures. Since 2017, the museum has also been home to around a hundred wall engravings from the northwest of the country.
