Description
The village of Abraão, to the north of Ilha Grande, is the starting point of a number of trails and hikes to numerous coves, falls and peaks on the island. One of the trails, the T 13, leads to the Papagaio summit (seven-hour return hike), which commands a breath-taking view of the bay. Be sure to bring a good pair of walking shoes, a hat and plenty of water, because the temperatures are very high.
