Useful information

Description

Opened in 1990, the Bank of China Tower was designed by IM Pei (the architect of the Pyramid at the Louvre) in the shape of a growing bamboo shoot. But it has not been well received by feng shui followers, because of its resemblance to a butcher's knife... the edge of which is pointed towards the HSBC! This remarkable tower, whose dark windows reflect everything around it, is several metres higher than its rival, the HSBC Tower.
