Useful information

Description

Chinese Mandarins from the Ming dynasty fleeing the Manchurians arrived by boat from China in the middle of the 17C and built this assembly hall. Dedicated to the goddess of the sea, Thien Hau Thanh Mau, from the province of Fujian, the temple houses two beautiful frescoes in relief and a model of a boat symbolising the initial journey to Vietnam.
