Description

Timbavati was created in the 1950s by farmers looking to group together their hunting grounds. The frequently dry Nhlaralumi River crosses the savannah which is home mainly to mopane trees. Timbavati, which became famous due to its white lions, shares its animals with the Kruger National Park.
