Description
The lower floor of this Gothic church houses the parish ossuary, used since 1600, to which the bones from the small churchyard were transferred after 10 or 20 years of burial. Of its 1 200 skulls, 610 bear the date of death, as well as the age and profession of the deceased. The skulls are painted with garlands of roses, laurel, ivy or oak leaves.
