Description
The Théodore Deck & des Pays du Florival Museum houses collections of minerals and objects relating to the history of wine, crafts and industry in the area. But it is the works of Théodore Deck (1823-1891) that will catch your eye. This Guebwiller ceramicist, a director of the Sèvres Manufactory, rediscovered the secret of Persian turquoise blue, which has since become known as "Deck blue": don't miss the magnificent items on display here.
