Useful information

Description

The museum illustrates the daily life of a 19C Somerset farm, the masterpiece of which is the 14C barn from the abbey, with its fine masonry and splendid roof. It was here that the famous duel in the movie Barry Lyndon, by Stanley Kubrick, was filmed. Visitors can also explore the farm and the orchard dotted with sculptures. Various 19C agricultural machines are also on display here.
