Description
On the north-western shore of this big lake, at the foot of the steep slopes, clouds of steam mark the presence of the caldeiras. Here, the hot ground has been developed. Holes have been dug out and cemented and are closed off by large wooden lids and are used by the locals to cook their cozido.
