Description
The list of the Colorado National Monument's attractions speaks for itself - a maze of smooth, pink canyons, jagged red sandstone peaks, and rich vegetation and wildlife. Rim Rock Drive (23mi) weaves past such red-rock formations as the Kissing Couple, while trails lead off the road to explore the rugged landscape. Don't miss the Monument Canyon Trail which leads to some of the park's most spectacular rock formations.
