Description
The Liebieg Museum of Sculpture showcases some fine sculpture from a variety of civilisations and periods from ancient Egypt (head of a dignitary from the Middle Empire) to the Middle Ages (Virgin in majesty with child, Trier, 11C). Works by Tilman Riemenschneider together with other classics are also exhibited.
