The Michelin Guide's review
This museum, one of the finest in the country, is largely given over to folk art. In addition to a clutter of artefacts, its display includes old buildings. It's like a real village, with a school (1901), farmhouse (1920), church boasting various ancient features (bell, 1768 altarpiece, 16C chandeliers) and Holt House, which was built out of driftwood in 1878 and has a charming interior. A lovely foray into the past.
