Description
The Victoria Street Market is a colourful maze of galleries lined with shops selling spices from the Orient, souvenirs from Africa and Asia, and everyday objects. An adjacent building houses a fish and meat market that transports you deep into the heart of Africa. Don't miss the stalls on the sidewalks next to the market on Queen Street. Here traditional Zulu doctors and herbalists called sangomas whip up incredible preparations using roots, crushed monkey bones, bird feathers and dried reptiles.
