Description
Housed in a village that was once a main centre of the wool industry, this national museum charts the history of an activity that started as a family affair before growing as it adopted industrial methods. In addition to an exhibition illustrating the history and evolution of the wool industry, the museum has an impressive collection of Welsh weaves, and explains the manufacture of fabrics with traditional motifs.
