Description
If you've only got time to visit one sanctuary among the many caves and pagodas scattered over the slopes of the Marble Mountains, your best bet is to head to Thuy Son. This former Cham sanctuary, which served as a hospital for Viet Cong soldiers during the war, has become an important place of pilgrimage for Buddhists. This 30m-high cave has an atmosphere that is truly mystical.
