Description
Built on a rocky promontory, the heart of the former capital of the duchy of Valois is best explored on foot. You will discover old cobbled streets and houses with pretty façades dating from the 14C to the 18C, such as the Maison Le Corandon, adjacent to the St-Arnoul Abbey, and the Maison Quatre-Saisons. The rectangular Place Gambetta is a very elegant square.
