Description
Linking Corte's old town and the more recent districts of the lower town, the pedestrianised Place Paoli is at the head of the modern town's main street, the Cours Paoli. The bronze statue of Pascal Paoli, a work by Victor Huguenin, was erected in 1864, and overlooks the numerous restaurant and café terraces surrounding the square.
