Description
Behind Cilaos church is the Petit Séminaire. Typically Creole in design, it is built entirely out of wood, with little towers decorated with lambrequins. For many years, preachers and children of good family were taught here. The former French Prime Minister, Raymond Barre, was also schooled here.
