Description
This fascinating museum showcases the best archaeological pieces found in the Abruzzi mountains, with, in particular, the famous Warrior of Capestrano, one of the most prestigious works from the Picenian civilisation and now the symbol of the region. A rare numismatic collection (ex-votos, objects of daily life and small bronze statues, including the Hercules of Venafro) and a gorgeous bone funerary bed round off the visit
