Burnham & Co. in 1904 and now crowned by a neon hoarding for Motorola, this building, with its fine varnished terracotta detail, combines its Chicago School structure with white neo-Classical ornamentation. Step inside to admire the two-storey atrium with its grand staircase, balustraded mezzanine and elaborate metal light fixtures.
