Description
Despite its cathedral-like dimensions, Chateauroux is in fact part of the diocese of Bourges. This vast Neo-Gothic church is flanked by two 60m/200ft-high clock towers dating from 1876. A lovely wrought-iron railing closes the nave; the church's chancel is home to an Aubusson tapestry (19C).
