Description
This impressive edifice shielded by old beech trees was built by businessman Vilhelm Hansen in 1918 to house his magnificent collection of 19-20C French and Danish art. The extension with a handsome stone and glass façade, designed by architect Zaha Hadid, was inaugurated in 2005.
