Description
This church is worth a detour for its altarpiece by Filippo Paladini depicting the journey of the Basilian Monks who carried the Madonna dell'Odigitria from East to West. Down in the crypt, you will witness a surprising series of scenes depicting the life of Christ, with paintings that are lit up in turns.
