Description
These hills planted with orchards and vineyards producing renowned wines are on the south flank of the Carpathians. Don't miss the hamlet of Colti, known for black amber, and Alunis with its cave hermitages (14C-16C). Around Berca, discover also the area of mud volcanoes, where the earth disgorges large gas bubbles, and follow the lovely Slanic Valley.
