Useful information

Description

This pretty frigate with three masts, a former training ship that sailed the seven seas for 40 years in the early 20C, has been transformed into a museum. After looking around the inside, note its figurehead, the dress of which has been painted in the colours of Argentina. According to legend, it is the sailors of the Sarmiento that we have to thank for importing the tango to France, where the craze that took hold of Paris earned this music great acclaim.
