Description

Built on the site of a Roman fortress, it is the oldest Church in the capital of Hungary. It forms part of the sights of the city with its two symmetrical bell towers which rise upon either side of a porch covered by of a pediment. This building includes several styles illustrating several periods of construction. During the Turkish occupation, it was converted into a mosque.
