Description
Océanopolis, a huge building resembling a giant crab, is a wonderful showcase of life in the oceans. Giant aquariums containing 10 000 animals and 1 000 different species spectacularly recreate the diversity of each natural habitat. Alongside these lovely underwater settings, with sea swells and tides recreated, there is a great wealth of information at your fingertips. In particular, look out for the Abyssbox, a world first: species living in deep waters.
