The Church of Our Lady appears like a half-burried edifice surrounded by a wooden gallery. Preceded by a white porch-tower, it opens onto a charming garden planted with roses, hydrangeas, arum lilies and a few raspberry shrubs. The interior boasts an iconostasis and an Episcopal throne, both richly carved by Stojco Fandakov, a master of the Samokov school. The icons were painted by Dimitar Zograf, the brother of Zahari Zograf (1810-1853).
