Description
Inhabited since prehistory, this mountainous region, dissected by the Serchio Valley, boasts the wild beauty of breathtaking landscapes, ranging from the jagged peaks of the Alpi Apuani to the green hills of the Apennines. Still off the tourist track, Garfagnana will seduce all nature lovers, who can hike in the Parco Naturale just a few miles from Lucca.
