Useful information
Description
This long sandy beach was used by David Lean in his 1968 film, Ryan's Daughter. It was also here that Roger Casement landed with a cargo of weapons for the 1916 Easter Uprising rebels, before being turned in by a local farmer and captured at Ardfert.
