Description
This elongated and harmonious square paved with large slabs is surrounded with Gothic monuments (palace of the Nation's Captains, S. Francesco church, Traders' lodge...) and Renaissance monuments and is enclosed by elegant arcades. It is customary for the whole town to meet in the square, especially since the arcades are home to the historic caf, Meletti, an absolute gem of the Liberty style!
