Useful information

Description

The Alaska Native Heritage Center is depicted by 10ha/25acres of poplar and birch forest, lined by a picturesque lake. The center presents the eleven indigenous cultural groups of Alaska, from the famed Inuit to the less well-known Yupik from the Pacific. It showcases their diversity but also their resemblance through accounts, tales and legends, song and dance, artistic demonstrations and video projections, etc.
