Located largely in the Pyrenees National Park, Haut Ossau is home to these lakes, which are set against a verdant backdrop with mountain peaks in the background. The hike to the lakes takes about 2hr 30min and covers a difference in altitude of 560m. You will be rewarded with a magnificent view of the Midi d'Ossau, recognisable by its fang-shaped peak, reflected in the calm waters. A superb scene.
