Description

The Tyrrhenian coast from Villa San Giovanni, the main embarkation port to Sicily, to Palmi, is particularly beautiful. The Costa Viola owes its name to the violet shades of its steep, jagged coastline, which is depicted by rocky creeks, marine caves and high-perched, sometimes fortified, villages.
