Erik Metzger serves up appealingly pared-down classic dishes that are replete with harmonious flavour combinations and steer well clear of unnecessary frills. The "Schiller Salon" and "Goethe Salon" are so named with good reason: in the lobby you can see the old tabletop upon which both men left their mark back in the 18C. The service is also on point.
