Chef-Owner Michael Munk rebranded his former restaurant Me|Mu into this more casual operation that removed the tablecloths and lengthy tasting menus, but lost none of the ambitious and skilful cooking. There is still a refinement and elegance to the dishes, with beautifully balanced sauces proving a highlight. The wine pairings are excellent too and there are also home-brewed beers on offer.
