Description
Clarisse is named after the granddaughter of this fairy tale castle’s original owners – and the beautifully furnished dining room is decorated with her art. 10 hectares of forest surround the building and the complex tasting menu reflects this, with courses moving from the soil, via the forest and up to the sky. When it comes to the wine, you can choose either the thoughtfully curated Hungarian pairings or something from the 200-bin cellar. Luxurious bedrooms complete the picture.
