Description
On the first floor, wood panelling and low ceilings provide a cosy setting in which to choose the appealing mix of traditional and international dishes on the menu. The calves’ liver with sage, onions and rösti, for example, is delicious. A significant amount of the restaurant’s meat comes from its own butchery.
