Situated among the pedestrianised streets of central Teramo, this small restaurant is skilfully run by a young chef from the Abruzzi, who combines influences from East and West in his cuisine (Oishi is the Japanese word for “exquisite”). Starting from the Japanese traditions of sushi, sashimi, uramaki, nighiri and hosomaki, the chef then moves on to a selection of cooked dishes which demonstrate a successful fusion between Japanese and Italian flavours and ingredients.
