Gutsküche is a pretty good name for this restaurant in an old bar. Chef Matthias Gfrörer uses good fresh ingredients (often organic) to create contemporary regional fare that is both flavoursome and uncomplicated. The offerings coming out of the open kitchen include a trio of young pig and a delicious chocolate dessert. Shorter menu at lunchtimes. The farm shop next door sells local organic produce.
