The Trautwein brothers run this 300 year-old former posting house with its charming mix of historical and modern decor with great dedication. The menu includes Swabian classics such as Gaisburger Marsch beef stew, maultaschen ravioli and veal tripe with braised oxtail, alongside seasonal offerings. The rustic vaulted cellar is available for events.
