Description
The ‘Queen’s Courtyard’ aims to serve creative bistronomic dishes with strong classical overtones. The chef, a seasoned stalwart, has no qualms about letting creativity guide his inspiration and you will taste the chef’s personal version of a Belgian classic, shrimp fritters, together with a cutlet of venison with a heroically wondrous pepper sauce. A distinctive metal structure forms the centrepiece of the elegant establishment, which also offers swish guestrooms.
