During the winter months, a fantastic kitchen team serves up precise and light Italian cuisine that steers clear of fuss and frills. The focus lies squarely on the produce that goes into the dishes. Some of the brilliantly prepared specialties from the parent restaurant in Brusaporto, Lombardy, make an appearance, including, of course, the signature pasta dish, paccheri alla Vittorio, but also many fish dishes, such as crudo d'Amare, raw fish and shellfish. Plus, an excellent front-of-house team: confident, charming and classy!
