Description
A globetrotter and keen ornithologist, Éric Guérin has invented a universe all of his own. On an islet ringed by circular canals in the heart of Brière nature park, Éric has immersed himself body and soul in his region, although he is far from averse to putting a new spin on regional classics. Using first-class ingredients, he crafts “natural” dishes overflowing in personality, class, delicacy, vibrancy even poetry at times… Everything inside and outside is appealing, particularly the “exotic” guestrooms, ideal to extend your stay, while the warm, efficient welcome of the youthful and enthusiastic team adds the finishing touch to this bucolic portrait.
