Tastefully decorated in shades of white, wood and deep green, this Cal-Ital kitchen is focused on fresh and sustainable ingredients. Seafood is supremely enticing and consistently woven through their menu of fresh pasta, local fish and Italian wines. The cavatelli, for instance, is made from scratch before being napped in a garlic-and-tomato sauce bobbing with chunks of sausage and summer squash.
