Situated in the historic centre of a small village in the Parco del Pollino, this long - established restaurant has one culinary aim – to keep alive traditional local dishes such as ravioli with nettle tips, lamb with potatoes and lampascioni onions, and ricotta and Stigliano pistachio mousse.
