Ciro Scamardella, a young chef from Campania, serves modern dishes with a focus on the seasons, including a few specialities from his native region. The combination of his talent, attention to detail and a cohesive, harmonious team results in a tailored service which focuses fully on guests, while creating beautifully presented cuisine which is full of flavour. Following the recent refurbishment of the dining room, all tablecloths have been removed to reveal stunning tables made from a single block of ebony wood.
