Historic stones, half-timbered houses and a picturesque location on a rocky ridge – the village of Rochefort-en-Terre oozes rural charm, as does this handsome establishment nestled in a 16C edifice and done up in a smart, romantic vein. The culinary score of chef Kevin Hardy (Hélène Darroze in London and Le Taillevent) unveils an enticing gourmet score courtesy of textbook recipes, albeit jazzed up with a hint of creativity, in which Breton produce invariably takes the limelight.
