This cheerful and busy bistro belongs to the group owned by well-known chef Claude Troisgros. Decorated to look like a butcher's, it combines an excellent range of prime cuts of meat with different garnishes. You pick a protein (red meat, fish or chicken) and a sauce and it is served with farofa panko breadcrumbs, baked bananas and crisped potatoes, along with an unlimited rodízio of parsnip purée, ratatouille, quinoa and tomato risotto and other appetising dishes. For the less carnivorous, there is the rodízio only option.
